How We Can Help
Josephine Key and her colleagues have, over many years, developed a model of dysfunction which guides the assessment, diagnosis and more effective treatment of most spinal pain and related disorders.
This model not only helps explain why so many people get back pain, but also helps inform a more sensible, appropriate and effective approach to the best treatment and right exercises for each person’s problem.

For those of you wishing to understand and master correct movement control, exercise and stretch better, our classes offer a specialised, supervised and safe exercise environment.
We also ask: is your current exercise regime contributing to your pain? It is our experience that many of the current popular exercise systems being offered (eg by some personal trainers, gyms, the corner Pilates studio etc) are in fact causing or compounding some musculoskeletal problems rather than helping them. (For more information see (When All That Exercise May Not Be Good For You).
