Some of our clients would prefer one-on-one instruction rather than a class situation. This can encompass anything between a more specific coaching session in the basics – to a more dynamic setting where the principles of The ‘Key Moves’® Programme are integrated into your preferred sporting activity or gym programme. The successful integration of the ‘Key Moves’® principles into other exercise programmes not only ensures safe exercising but also means that there is a strong preventative as well as rehabilitative focus.

  • In our dedicated exercise studio at 4/212 New South Head Rd Edgecliff
  • A visit to your gym to confer with your trainer about your particular needs
  • In an outdoors setting.
